The public SaaS version is the simplest and most cost-effective solution. Our servers are hosted in France.

In the On-Prem / Private Cloud version, the reciTAL platform can be deployed on your own infrastructure. Our applications are fully containerized, and our technical team supports you throughout the installation process.

What are the security measures of the SaaS platform?

Penetration tests are regularly performed on the reciTAL platform.

The reciTAL platform is protected by a Web Application Firewall to control incoming traffic.

A monitoring and alerting system is also deployed for 24/7 supervision.

All data is stored and replicated at OVH in France.

Finally, only a minimal amount of data is stored on reciTAL’s servers. Any data that must be retained is automatically deleted after a configurable period within the application, in compliance with GDPR.
