Intelligent search in document databases

The performance of search engines in knowledge bases is highly dependent on the initial form of the information. When the source of business knowledge is located in thousands of business documents (pdf, excel, etc.) of varying structure, format and length, the first challenge is to understand and "slice" these documents. Recognition of the general structure, headings, information hierarchy, tables, lists, etc. enables intelligent indexing, enabling the user to find the information they are looking for, in the right place and at the right level of granularity. Logistics document processing

The logistics sector relies on the exchange and control of a large number of specific documents (delivery notes, chartering requests, dispatch notes, certificates, etc.). Until now, the diversity and often complex structure of these documents have hindered automated processing. Automated management of purchase invoices is one of the most frequent uses of LAD-RAD software. The reciTAL platform takes advantage of the latest AI technologies to optimize automatic extraction performance, offering a solution that can process "never seen" invoices and extract header/footer data as well as "line" data. Reading complex financial documents

Your business requires you to read and analyze large volumes of financial documents (tax returns, balance sheets, financial statements, annual reports, etc.). The reciTAL platform offers a unique solution for processing financial documents in both structured (CERFA forms) and free-form formats:

Detection of useful pages within the document (e.g. assets, liabilities, cash flow statement, appendices, etc.).

For the flow of balance sheets and tax returns received by French registries, reciTAL technology offers an automation rate of 98%, i.e. of the 700 possible values to be extracted, 98% are correct. For Financial Statements in US formats, the automation rate is 96%.

What are the SaaS platform's security features?

Penetration tests are carried out regularly on the reciTAL platform.

All data is stored and redundantly hosted by OVH in France.

Finally, a minimum amount of data is stored on the reciTAL servers. And for those that need to be, they are automatically deleted after a configurable delay in the application, in compliance with the RGPD.
