IDP API for developers

The reciTAL platform is an ideal tool for developers wishing to build a software solution around custom categorization, processing or search functions. The platform's strength lies in its ability to provide a studio for annotating, training and validating specific models (categorization and capture). Intelligent search in document databases

The performance of search engines in knowledge bases is highly dependent on the initial form of the information. When the source of business knowledge is located in thousands of business documents (pdf, excel, etc.) of varying structure, format and length, the first challenge is to understand and "slice" these documents. Recognition of the general structure, headings, information hierarchy, tables, lists, etc. enables intelligent indexing, enabling the user to find the information they are looking for, in the right place and at the right level of granularity. Logistics document processing

The logistics sector relies on the exchange and control of a large number of specific documents (delivery notes, chartering requests, dispatch notes, certificates, etc.). Until now, the diversity and often complex structure of these documents have hindered automated processing. The reciTAL platform takes advantage of the latest AI models to "understand" these documents and extract the desired information with a very high degree of performance. Data is extracted from tables, lists or groups, and specific post-processing plug-ins transform the data for direct use by business software.

Supplier invoice

Automated management of purchase invoices is one of the most frequent uses of LAD-RAD software. The reciTAL platform takes advantage of the latest AI technologies to optimize automatic extraction performance, offering a solution that can process "never seen" invoices and extract header/footer data as well as "line" data. The main steps offered by the reciTAL solution include :

Reading complex financial documents

Your business requires you to read and analyze large volumes of financial documents (tax returns, balance sheets, financial statements, annual reports, etc.). The reciTAL platform offers a unique solution for processing financial documents in both structured (CERFA forms) and free-form formats:

Detection of useful pages within the document (e.g. assets, liabilities, cash flow statement, appendices, etc.).
Standardized line extraction: each line is reconciled with the chosen reference system (CERFA codes, PCG, US GAAP, etc.).
Standard extraction of columns (gross, amortization, net, n, n-1), regardless of their order of presentation

For the flow of balance sheets and tax returns received by French registries, reciTAL technology offers an automation rate of 98%, i.e. of the 700 possible values to be extracted, 98% are correct. For Financial Statements in US formats, the automation rate is 96%.

During the life of a contract, delegated management (property & casualty, life) and appraisal teams have to deal with masses of documents, which often arrive in a disorganized fashion. Until now, the wide variety of types, qualities and formats of these documents has been an obstacle to automated processing. The reciTAL platform takes advantage of the latest generations of AI to offer an integrated solution for recognizing and reading all delegated management and expertise documents. The strength of these new approaches lies in the fact that they are no longer based on a "template" or "parameterization rule" logic per document. Self-care subscription

The digitization of underwriting processes is gradually becoming the norm in the insurance market. The "self-care" or autonomous mode allows customers to take out subscriptions themselves online. Self-care interfaces must be based on comprehensive, high-performance document recognition technology, capable of verifying the completeness of the file and the quality of the documents received, extracting the relevant information and checking its consistency and validity. What are the SaaS platform's security features?

Penetration tests are carried out regularly on the reciTAL platform.

The reciTAL platform is behind a Web Application Firewall to control incoming flows.

A monitoring and alerting system is also deployed for H24 surveillance.

All data is stored and redundantly hosted by OVH in France.

Finally, a minimum amount of data is stored on the reciTAL servers. And for those that need to be, they are automatically deleted after a configurable delay in the application, in compliance with the RGPD.
